Thankful for...Regarding the Fountain

Regarding the Fountain by Kate Klise

Regarding the Fountain is a children's book by Kate Klise first published in 1998. It is the first in a series. It tells the tale of a school in need of a new fountain. Principal Wally Russ contacts fountain designer Florence Waters. Who would've thought a simple thing, really could get so tricky.

There was a time, [a super long time] when I began to lose interest in reading. It was an important age where reading habits should be cultivated, [according to the newspaper] . That time [a super long time ago] I went to a book sale, couldn't find anything interesting. My close friend got something though [Harry Potter's Schoolbooks] Determined not to lose out, I took a thin, measly looking book and paid.

What a shock I was in for, the book started out interesting, progressed beautifully and ended with a bang! Every page [almost] was creatively illustrated and naturally, caught my eye. A simple water fountain was suddenly so significant! How fast I finished the book! Any child who reads this will suddenly want to be a fountain designer. Long story short, I was very much interested in reading again [especially those with illustrations like Klise's did] The book was made possible by sisters, Kate Klise [author] and M. Sarah Klise [illustrator].

Unfortunately I could not find any other books in the series, I did buy the first book in a sale, after all. It was first published in 1998 after all, but I'll still keep my eye open for more books in the Regarding the... series!
